Welcome and I am thrilled you're here! 123 Pierogi was started by me, Jeff; and recently, like many of us, I reached a breakthrough moment where I grew tired of the daily grind of corporate life. So, I decided to dive into the food truck business – because, you know, it's the logical and sane thing to do!
 

I've always had a passion for pasta-based dishes, which pretty much makes up my daily "diet."
 

So ... I stumbled upon this idea of Pierogis with a unique twist, distinct from the traditional Eastern Russian and Polish styles. After testing the concept out with neighbors and friends, I was confident that I created something that can appeal to the masses!

As part of the journey, we're participating in Arizona and eventually hope to grow and expand.
