Hey there - I’m Jeff, and I’m stoked you’ve found us!
 

123 Pierogi was born out of a big leap (and maybe a little bit of pasta-fueled courage). After years in the corporate world, I hit a point where I realized I needed a change, the kind that involved less meetings and way more pierogies. So, I traded boardrooms for burners and dove headfirst into the food truck life. Logical? Maybe not. Worth it? Absolutely.
 

I've always had a love affair with doughy, pasta-like goodness, it's basically my love language. That obsession led me to the idea of pierogies, but not the traditional kind your babcia made (though we respect the classics). I wanted to remix them. Bold flavors. Wild combos. Something familiar, yet totally new.
 

We’re now serving up creative pierogi magic all over the Valley and beyond … with big plans to expand as we go.
